WHEN I SEND A LITTLE SOMETHING TO SOMEONE WHAT INFORMATION DO THEY RECEIVE?

The lucky recipient of your gift will receive the gift box. They will not receive any information on pricing or a receipt. If you chose to add a message to our complimentary gift card then that will also be included in gift box.

 

IS GST INCLUDED?

GST is included in all prices listed on the website.

Corporate Gift Boxes will be priced separately, as required.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Our secure checkout is powered by Shopify and accepts credit/debit payments from most Visa/Mastercard/AMEX.  PayPal is also available, for those who prefer this payment method.

 

WHO DELIVERS YOUR BOXES?

We are proud to partner with Australia Post.  Please note A Little Something is not responsible or liable for any delay or delivery or any damage caused to your box which is beyond our control.

 

HOW DO I TRACK DELIVERY?

You will receive an email notification confirming your box has been dispatched. You’ll also receive an email with a tracking link, a confirmation of your delivery address and instructions plus an estimated delivery date and time.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER?

Estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days, however please note for some locations it can be up to 5-7 working days. 

Please take this into account, if you would like to have the gift box delivered by a certain date. 

Due to Covid-19 and the volume of parcels being delivered, Australia Post deliver timelines have lengthened - please be patient until things return to normal operating time frames.

 

ARE A LITTLE SOMETHING BOXES AVAILABLE OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA?

Not at the moment.  Due to shipping and postage costs, it is not something that we currently offer.  However, depending on demand, this is something we may consider offering in the future.

 

CAN I CHANGE PRODUCTS IN THE GIFT BOX I WOULD LIKE TO SEND SOMEONE? 

Although we have curated our products in each gift box with great care, we are here to help. If you would like to change an item in the gift box, please contact us at hello@alittlesomething.company and we can discuss what is available.

 

DO THE GIFT BOXES CHANGE?

We are always working on how we can improve and try to offer a wide range and new and exciting gifts for you to select from.

We do welcome any feedback and suggestions on our gift boxes and inclusions.

ONE OF THE PRODUCTS I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED, HOW CAN I GET THIS REPLACED?

We are so sorry to hear that your gift didn’t arrive safely.

Please contact us at hello@alittlesomething.company with the invoice number, along with the details and photos of the damaged product as soon as possible so we can investigate further. We will happily provide an exchange or replacement product within 7 days.

Please note that we are only able to process requests for replacements within 48 hours of receiving your box.
